Dating With Kids

As a single parent, you are used to not having your life go exactly how you planned. I once thought that I had my happy ending planned out. I knew where I wanted to go and how I was going to get there. Then I hit the first of the many speed bumps on the road to my happy ending. It is not that I am not happy where my life is. It is just I had pictured my life much differently when I was younger. It is hard to know if the speed bumps that you hit on the way to your happy ending are helping you or redirecting you to the right happy ending. All that we know is that they are a part of the journey.
