Is it when two people say that they are dating? Do you have to see each other on a regular basis? What constitutes dating? I often wonder this. There are many people who are dating that have never talked with their partner about whether or not they are dating. There are people who see each other every day that do not consider themselves dating. I am dating someone. We have had the discussion that we are dating. On the flip side we do not see each other.
