The Next Step
I wrote yesterday about my plans to take the actions to get the life that I want. I have been following my plan so far with only a couple of slips to my previous ways. As with any habit, I do not believe that I will be perfect. It takes awhile to change any habit that you have. It is possible and well worth it if you put yourself into it.
I made a point to be happy and not let anything aggravate me. I followed through with this in my work day. I next used this technique with my daily phone call with my boyfriend who is still in Atlanta. I kept the phone call as upbeat as possible. He was having a bad day so it was a little more difficult than usual. I did succeed at my goal in this.
