Happiness is in the Details
People tend to get wrapped up trying to get the big picture to look right in their mind when it comes to their relationships. It is getting caught up in the big picture that makes you miss out on the true enjoyment of your relationship. The small moments are the reason that people want to be in a relationship. It is unfortunate that these are the moments that people tend to miss.
One of the moments that always takes my breath away in my relationship is when my boyfriend holds my hand. Any time that he reaches for my hand and holds it, I feel chills. I used to be more wrapped up in the big picture. I believe now that I need to slow down and enjoy every moment for what it is.
